Hey everyone, I was cruising The front page today and saw a post about hair loss on dbol so I started looking into it more and this sub has a lot out of users that list dbol as one of the worst drugs for your hair line. However when you look at the dbol link in the wiki it a says the risk of losing hair on dbol is very low. You have no idea what they took. But realistically, regardless of what else they took, they will have done test and dbol. If your brain isn't catching on - some people lose hair, some don't.
The drugs will do it, if you are prone to it. If you aren't, they don't. Looking to someone and saying well shit, they didn't lose their hair - that means exactly that.
They didn't lose their hair. One way to tell for sure is to take it. One way to avoid hair loss from dbol for sure, is never take dbol. You might still get hair loss, but at least you know it won't be from dbol. I don't disagree whatsoever and I know what anecdotes and circumstantial evidence is, however some chemicals are notoriously hard on your hair.
In the case of dbol the a wiki said one thing and the community seemed to have a completely opposing view. That's what this post was about. I just wanted to see what we could clear up. Especially considering we all react differently to the same compounds. Solid advice though man. Either take it and find out for yourself or don't and know that you won't ever have side effects from that substance.
I was just reading a study about a guy Australian? That worries more than the hair. But not too much, as it seems dose and duration dependent, and similar to the hair, individuals respond differently.
I can give my anecdotal word: I did the beginner blast with Dbol kicker. Had zero hair loss issues until week six when test was in full effect. So at least for me, dbol is hair safe, and considering even a low dose of test caused me to shed like a Labrador in spring - I'd say the wiki is right.
At the end of the day, no compound is safe for your hair, and if your hair is more important than your AAS goals, then don't do them. I wouldn't say my hair is more important but if I can avoid it and still acquire them gains I'm all for it! That's why I wanted to know. This is obviously anecdotal but I'm extremely prone to hair loss. Just turned 24 and have maaaaaaaaaybe another year before I have to say fuck it and shave. I also took dbol. My hair line is fine but the thickness has always been the issue.
Thinner and thinner every year. But I didn't notice any acceleration from the dbol. Just regular hair loss. I know this isnt that helpful but I just did a bit of research and it looks like people on other boards are saying dbol is actually really bad for hair loss, a bit disconcerting as I've always heard otherwise and just started dbol a few days ago.
That's exactly how I feel. The wiki made me feel pretty good about using dbol. I have my order and I'm ready to start taking it tomorrow but now I'm a little hesitant after reading other boards. It may not always be dbol either, could be any other oral and it's hard to tell without testing.
Once the hair loss starts you can slow it, prevent it from getting worse, but if that hairline is receding you probably won't get it back, especially if you have to wait around longer. Only thing that gives me hair issues is heavy androgenic compounds mast as a main one. Dbol is on my safe list. Didn't lose a hair. That being said, my family isn't prone to male pattern baldness, so take that for what it's worth. My dad has MPB and I've been showing signs since about 18 now Had dbol at the start of my first cycle and noticed no increase in hair loss.
But have hear stories of those with better hair genetics, but susceptible to shedding on dbol, but it returned for them. Whereas it doesn't seem to return, now shedding has accelerated for me, having now finished the entire cycle.

Want to add to the discussion? Think about what drugs they took. They are basically like the staples of the BB world particularly historically. How many of them were bald? How many had full heads of hair? I don't think it is, but I was under the impression that dht is what causes hair loss. Even anecdotal evidence helps! I just finished 28 days of dbol.
