Hello All - just a quick note So, here comes my need for advice, i will keep cals the same almost, keep training hard and intense and regular - but what else can i do to help retain the gains? One option i have available to me is a clen cycle 2 week on 2 weeks off 2 weeks on perhaps starting tomorrow with my PCT.
Cheers guys - ps this was my first cycle, i wanted to try DBOL only and have done, great str gains with size and mass.. I wouldn't cut straight from cycle.
Yes i agree, i want to keep cals high and train hard to keep my gains, will the Clen help this due to its anti catabolic nature? Or best just waiting out and keeping for when i am properly cutting. I know i have probably confused the issue, but to clarify, i want to know if using the Clen during PCT will help avoid any muscle loss?
The problem is that to really get the benefit from clen u want to be on a cut otherwise really your just wasting your time. The biggest guy i knew personally uses clen in PCT and raves about its anticatabolic properties and thats good enough for me, i have used it to cut on low test doses mg PW with excellent results.
Dead lee mate, i am relatively new to all this including this forum, guys like you with responses like that are priceless - cheers. The dosing only needs to be mcg first day if you have good clen you will shake nearly all day. I would be shocked if it were more than 5 pounds. All first cycles should be amazing so dbol is no different but you just wasted your first cycle imo. I did too and I wish someone back then was there to tell me why.
Clen is fine and you could use it or save it for your next cycle. As the others have stated just start low and build up the dose. Research as much as possible and keep doing your thing. Your 2nd cycle sounds good.
