Just wanted to find out a bit about stacking these two together, weather it's a bad idea or if I is a good stack. This is my very first time with any type of steroid and don't really know if using these two will work well or be safe for a first timer.

These are most important anyway. Not worth the risk at your age. That is part of the reason why I havnt done it yet and wondering weather or not I should but the thing that I find hard is to put on weight when training and I train hard but all I do is gain mabey 3kgs if that.

I take sups such as protein, creatine, testo boosters, amino acids. I eat pretty well with fruits salads and lots of carbs and plenty of meat at least twice a day.
Don't know how many cals Or anything. I've tried a few things but don't seem to get a lot out of them. Well first you should have protein with every meal. I bet if you posted your daily diet in detail it would suck. If you want to stack something stack a chicken breast on a beef patty and inject it forcefully into your mouth several times a day.
I guarantee results just messin with ya kid.. Well morning I'll usually have west bix with a protein shake and apple. Mid morning ill have banana, tuna with rice musli bar. Lunch I'll have either rice again or a pasta dish with meat and again banana. Mid arvo I'll have tuna sandwich with protein shake or smoothie depending on where I am and shit.
Dinner is red meat or chicken veg and another carb. I know it can always be better but is it that bad? Sounds like a lot of simple carbs and junk to me. Well man I would agree with the above statements on diet. I mean you said you eat 2 chicken breasts day.. Like i said im new to cycleing but i will say this, i have friends that have been cycling for like 4 years and im already as big as these guys and getting stronger..
I credit this to training for years with just protein as a supp and diet. Then before i started cycling i just toned my diet up a bit with the nutrition forums here they are a huge help and some friends who compete and train for a living. SO again diet my man.. A good clean diet with clean cals and carbs. With your age if you eat correctly you should have no problem gaining weight , no excuse As for an eating plan read the nutrition section like people are saying.

Just read the forum. If your trying to gain weight your obviously gonna wanna eat a lot and have set meals through out the day. Carbs during day and fats i do in the evening. I heard splitting these two up yields good results now that doesnt mean i eat all the fat off the beef or chicken , just means ill have like olive oil on some broccoli or somthing else. But again this is what works for me.
