Ive been on this forum a few times and i see a lot of people talking about bulking and cutting phases. I was wondering what are the main differences between these type of eating plans? Is it just calories? I eat plenty of precessed foods that have simple sugars. If I am trying to minimize fat while gaining I minimize simple carbs. As well as fat, when dirty bulking I don't care what fat I have as long as I get enough proetein.
