DIET will help you get ripped. For how tiny you are, you do not need anabolics to accomplish your goals. Stop the pussy bodyweight only exercises and get under some real weight. If you are going to take var, throw in some test. Diet and training are key. The anabolics are not a fast short cut to success. I know that isn't what you wanted to hear, but it will save you a lot of time, money, and hassle in the future. Why would he stack two test esters together?
Thanks for the feedback, some good stuff by Adonis. I got my stuff a few days ago, it's a Canadian brand called Liqua Tech, each small capsule is 10mg. Am on day 3 right now, doing 50mgs a day on it's own am not stacking with anything. I tried stacking with a fatburner the first day but didn't like the way the fatburner affected my cardio during mma training so am doing it on it's own.
Am improving my diet and also taking in a couple of protein shakes a day. I don't mind gaining a bit of weight as long as it's solid muscle. I don't expect any real results until at least a couple of weeks but my muscles are feeling a bit harder already after day 3. Also, what is clomid? You are clearly an idiot.

It doesn't hurt anything stacking Cyp and E together, but it also doesn't work any better that just using one or the other. I've used both in the past and results were basically the same. Now I could understand using Test Prop along with the Test Cyp or E due to it's faster acting properties, basically using it to "jump start" a cycle as opposed to waiting weeks for the Enanthate or cypionate begin taking effect.
As far as stacking anavar with test.. And I agree tren is an amazing drug! Burns fat and builds muscle.. Anavar is too expensive and delivers little in the way of results. Stick to a low dose of test enanthate, cypionate, propinate or a blend like sustenon mg per week and throw in mg of tren acetate every other day. If you are training hard and watching your diet you won't put on a great deal of size but should become dramatically stronger.
The only drawback with trenbolone is that it can raise the blood pressure and affect your cardio. Equipoise would be a reasonable substitute although it is not a particularly powerful androgen so your strength gains will not be as dramatic as with the trenbolone. I've been doing this for about a week now on its own, noticing that I'm getting stronger but I also put on 3 lbs over this time.
Although mostly muscle, not what I intended as I want to cut down lean and ripped. Then again, my diet wasn't great so I could definitely improve on that. The difference between toning is bulking with the same amount of training is in the diet. LOL the dumbasses that can't read the difference between Test and Tren. Anyway the reason you stack Tren with Test IS because of the side effects. Test will keep most of that shit balanced, especially tren dick.
Do a twelve week cycle with aromasin, only weeks of which are tren. The tren gets out of your system and the gains are solidified with the weeks left of test Hell imo, if you don't have test in your cycle you're just wasting your time. You don't need a super high "mass" dose.
If you're doing an anavar only cycle, you're not going to gain much weight anyway. Though if you eat to gain weight you'll gain some, just not as much compared to other cycles. Still I wouldn't be trying to put on weight with anavar. That's for strength and you'll lose a lot of that strength coming off So keep your diet clean and don't put a huge emphasis on putting on weight. Otherwise you should have used Turinabol T-bol for a healthy medium between anabol and anavar. Also it kinda depends on your genetics.
For example I could probably drink straight olive oil for caloric content and not put on fat. But someone else smells a doughnut and puts on a lb of fat.
So rather than using it to get stronger, or just putting on muscle. You should use it because it'll allow you to train x a day rather than just once.
Hell a near perfect stack would be a fairly low dosage of HGH for recovery , enough T to put you a little above baseline; like test replacement level optional , and anavar just for strength. So instead of using it to just lift. You should use it to train MMA twice a day. You'll put on some muscle, probably lose a little fat, recover better, feel better, fuck like it's an olympic event You won't have to get all exotic with your chemicals and stuff.
You won't be subjecting your body to all these side effects and shit. It's mma, you probably don't want to jack up your weight a shitload. And moving UP in weight is usually a bad idea just based on body size. If you're 5'9, going up past puts you at a shitty leverage position. Unless you're primarily a grappler or have the striking ferocity of melvin manhoef you're not putting anyone in danger A LOT of the strength you gain on AAS that you maintain AFTER the cycle is from the muscle tissue gained, so don't assume that you'll be as strong after you cycle off especially if you're not putting on a lot of muscle.
If you train specifically for neuromuscular coordinated type gains though for example a lot of gymnastics drills which require coordination you'll maintain a larger portion of the gains. So that's where lifting heavier, 1rm and 3rm come in. Though MANY will encourage you not to because your strength goes up above what your joints can handle If you already lift in a powerlifting type fashion where your joints are used to heavy weights then you're not at much risk of injuring yourself.
If you want to keep your gains, focus on intramuscular coordination and getting your 's up. You end up covering all your bases Even better if you do a lot of weighted interval training complexes designed around MMA rounds then the muscle that you gain is designed specifically for the energy systems used in MMA rounds. So what I'm saying is You're not going to get huge on your first cycle, you're not going to get huge on your first 3 cycles. Even if you're megadosing shit.

You'll get pretty cut doing that. Which if you have enough muscle on your frame to begin with will make you look bigger than normal with clothes off. I say learn a way to cook veggies that you like.
