JonnyNI cant comment on shredabull on its own as ive have stacked it with tauro test for my cut am currently on. Great stack this one - you can see my results if you look in the echo forum or email me, hope this is allowed by the rules but I find its better to see a picture than vague 'lost weight' statements. Tauro is a great product all round though, I'm using it on a bulk at the minute and after 5 weeks I'm really seeing the difference and from past experience I know that this is the time after a month when it works best.
My strength has gone up and weight is coming on faster - once again you can check this out in the shape up competition if images illustrate better. Hey thanks for the feedback, i got to say shredabull is one of the most impressive fat burners ive seen ingrediants wise, i dont know a hell of alot about the ingrediants but alot of them ring a bell - eg caffeine, green tea, raspberry kentones, gugglesterones, coleus forskohii, DMAE, Vinpocetin, whether many of these latter ingrediants do something in regards fat loss or thermogenesis i dont know but this is the main reason this stood out for me so thought i would give it a try.

Not sure if i will run it separately as i got thermobol as well might just use 2 caps of each daily or use one on one day and other on next day. Whats everyones views on cycling both? Or becasue of shredabulls ingrediants would it be best suited to be taken daily? I see what yous mean and i would of if i didnt have thermobol, but i think it should still be effective as im taking 2 out of 3 caps daily. Hey mate, 4 inches in 4. Sorry i should have said its a keto style diet so u probs know something similar. On the diet your body uses fat for energy and protein keeps the muscles where they are or is supposed to.
The diet is pretty set but straightforward. You pick your matching weight from the list and follow that diet. It takes a few days to get into this keto mode possible up to 8. You also take omega 3 and evening primrose oils to protect your muscle. You try and eliminate all carbs and be as strict as possible but saying that i find it easier than a just reducing cals. You do the same on day 28 then every week 35, 42 etc. Any cardio you do needs to be between bpm to burn fat and spare muscle.
To achieve the weightloss i've seen i've been doing 1 - 1. The weightloss comes fast. I learnt all this info from the thread papa started. I agree, imo you loose out on too much nutrition practically eliminating carbs. On the plus side i find it easier and it seems to shift the fat way quicker even with reduced effort in cardio. You find it easy??
